Chief Training Officer: Ervin H. Frenzel

Ervin H. Frenzel is a veteran, cybersecurity educator, workforce development leader, and industry-recognized instructor with over two decades of experience in cybersecurity training and program development. As the former director of cybersecurity workforce development at Collin College and as a clinical associate professor at the University of North Texas, he has played a key role in securing National Security Agency (NSA) Center for Academic Excellence designations for educational institutions and has instructed cybersecurity professionals nationwide.

As a U.S. Army veteran, Ervin brings a mission-focused approach to cybersecurity education. He has designed and led multiple cybersecurity degrees in the State of Texas, both IT and Engineering based cybersecurity programs..  He has worked in many different cybersecurity and technical capacities in the past 36 years, including roles varying from bench technician, SOC technician and manager, Security Manager, Chief Information Security Officer, and academic instructor. Ervin maintains certifications through ISC2, EC-Council, and CompTIA.  He currently works within the cybersecurity industry as an academic instructor and consultant, and he seeks to reduce breaches through better integration of the end-user into the overall security processes within the organization. 

He holds multiple master’s degrees, a PhD (Cybersecurity Leadership) is currently pursuing an MBA (Strategic Leadership) and a Doctorate in Cyberpsychology.  He was selected as the EC Council Academic instructor of the year in both 2020 and 2024 and mentored multiple schools through the NSA CAE-CD process to become centers of academic excellence in cyber defense across the nation.

Chief Operating Officer: Murray Schwartz

Murray has 30 years of ethical Professional Business Operations, including more than 10 years of serving GSA contractors in their work for the United States.

Murray’s focus is on financing and business operations, from the automotive industry to medical devices and more. Murray has been the leader of numerous businesses, including successful automotive dealerships, commercial leasing firms, and disability accessible mobility provision.

He has received extensive training from his time at Ford Motor Company, as a graduate of AutoNation’s General Manager University, and is focused on ensuring his clients can deliver the services their customers rely on at an affordable price with a high degree of customer service and reliability.
